Amyloid Precursor Protein β-secretase, C-terminal Fragment (APP βCTF) ELISA Kit (Human Specificity)  

1. Complete ELISA kit in sandwich format.  Colorimetric detection at 450 nm.
   
2. ELISA plate is coated with an affinity purified polyclonal antibody that recognizes the C-terminus of APP βCTF whereas the detection antibody is a monoclonal that binds C-terminal of the beta-secretase cleavage site.
3. The kit detects APP βCTF in cell extract
   
4. EIA buffer contains 1% BSA, 0.05% Tween 20 in PBS
5. Incubation times:  Samples with plate;  overnight.  Detection antibody:  1 hr
