Recommended Use:
This product is used to label Biotin at the 3’ end of oligonucleotides.
Diluent: Not applicable
Coupling: Typical methods to couple with a DMT group should be employed.
Deprotection: Cleavage of the oligonucleotide from the support requires 2 hours with ammonium hydroxide at room temperature. Complete the deprotection using the protocol required by the nucleobases.
