Amyloid Precursor Protein 770 (APP770) ELISA Kit (Human Specificity)  

Sensitive and selective colorimetric ELISA kit to APP770 with assay range 0.10-6.2 ng/ml.  Highly selective to APP770 with minimal cross reactivity to APP695 (see data below). This ELISA kits uses a polyclonal capture antibody and a monoclonal-HRP detection antibody.

Lead time estimate:  2 weeks

  1. Complete ELISA kit in sandwich format.  Colorimetric detection at 450 nm.  96T
  2. ELISA plate is coated with an affinity purified polyclonal antibody.  The detection antibody is a monoclonal antibody
  3. EIA buffer contains 1% BSA, 0.05% Tween 20 in PBS.
  4. Incubation times:  Samples with plate;  overnight.  Detection antibody:  1 hr.
  5. Assay range:  0.10 - 6.2 ng/ml.

  4. Add color reagents, 30 min
  5. Add stop solution.  Measure OD at 450nm
