CHEMICAL NAME: 1-Dimethoxytrityloxy-3-[O-(N-4’-carboxy-4-(dimethylamino)-azobenzene)-3-aminopropyl]-propyl-2-O-succinoyl-long chain alkylamino-CPG

Purity: >95%

Recommended Use:

This product is used to label dabcyl at the 3’ end of oligonucleotides.

Coupling: This support should be used in a manner identical to normal protected nucleoside support since it contains the DMT group

Deprotection: Cleavage of the oligonucleotide from this support requires 2 hours at room temperature with ammonium hydroxide. Complete the deprotection using the protocol required by the nucleobases.

Safety: Irritant.

Storage Reagent: -20^oC, dessicate

Storage of Labeled Oligonucleotide: Store labeled oligo in the dark, either dry or in a neutral aqueous media at -20°C. Do not store crude fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides in ammonia
