TRITON X-100 Immunoprecpitation and Cell Lysis Buffer (TIB-1; 1X, pH 7.4)

1. Add Trtion buffer to lyse cells and suspend proteins.
   
2. Centrifuge debris and collect the supernatant
3. Add immunoprecipitating antibody to the supernatant
4. Add immunoprecipitating beads
5. Gently sediment and wash the immunoprecipitating beads
6. Elute the antibody-protein complex from the immunoprecipitating beads
