SERUM AMYLOID A (SAA) ELISA KIT (Human, Mouse, Rat; h, m, r, SAA-ELISA)
Serum Amyloid A (SAA) ELISA Kits
Separate kits are available for human, mouse, rat. 48T and 96T
Fully guaranteed to meet specifications
Introduction Serum amyloid A (SAA) proteins are a family of apolipoproteins associated with high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in plasma. Different isoforms of SAA are expressed constitutively (constitutive SAAs) at different levels or in response to inflammatory stimuli (acute phase SAAs). These proteins are produced predominantly by the liver. The conservation of these proteins through out invertebrates and vertebrates suggests that SAAs play a highly essential role in all animals. |

Recovery
Matrices listed below were spiked with certain level of SAA and the recovery rates were calculated by comparing the measured value to the expected amount of SAA in samples.
Linearity
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of SAA and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.
