Recommended Use:

This product is used to label fluorescein at the 3’ end of oligonucleotides.

Coupling: This support should be used in a manner identical to normal protected nucleoside support since it contains the DMT group.Deprotection: Cleavage of the oligonucleotide from this support requires 2 hours at room temperature with ammonium hydroxide. Complete the deprotection using the protocol required by the nucleobases.

Safety: Irritant. Avoid ingestion, inhalation, skin and eye contact

Storage Reagent: -20^oC, desiccate

Storage Oligonucleotide: Store labeled oligo in the dark, either dry or in a neutral aqueous media at -20°C. Do not store crude fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides in ammonia.
